Startup Suite Loading

Sorry for the problem. This is an AutoCAD issue.

Sometimes, the AutoCAD autoloader does not load the program for unknown reasons.
Autodesk suggests resetting or repairing AutoCAD.

If this does not work in your situation we have a workaround.

Using the Appload command “Startup” Suite Option to load the  .VLX files.

Command: APPLOAD <Enter>
This displays the Load/Unload Applications dialog as shown below:

After the dialog appears click on the “Startup Suite” -> “Contents” button in the lower right of the dialog box.

Then select “Add” button and copy this path in the browser folder
%appdata%AutodeskApplicationPlugins

Look for the App folder you need to load manually for your app
We are using this folder as an example: SoftDraftSteel2D19-MAISC.bundle

Double-click to open it, then double-click to open the folder “Contents”
If you do not see a file with the extension “*.VLX,” then double-click to open the “Support” folder.

Select the file with the “.VLX” extension then click “Open” in the dialog.
You will need to do this for each different App that is not loading.

After selecting the .VLX file, click “Close” to close the dialog.

You need to close and restart AutoCAD for the program to load, which should load each time after that.

When AutoCAD restarts, if you see a “Security – Unsigned Executable File” dialog like the one below, click “Always Load” for each App.

If the Ribbon icon is not already loaded, then follow the steps in “Loading the App Toolbar Ribbon
