Toolbar Not Loading after closing AutoCAD

This is an AutoCAD issue, so here are some things to try: 
Migrating sometimes has caused this type of problem with previous versions. 

Try this first:

You may have an unresolved toolbar

Open the CUI in AutoCAD and look under “Partial Customization Files” to see if any are unresolved.

Resolve the file by right-clicking and browsing to the Unix file.

You can also search Google on this – AutoCAD unresolved menu groups

Try this if that does not work:

Go to Windows Start

Select the AutoCAD version you have

Then from the pulldown select “Reset Settings To Default”
